POSTAGE

ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS RECORDED

If you do not live local to us but fancy one of products we are happy to post out via Royal Mails 1st Class recorded delivery.

All orders placed by 2.30 on Monday to Friday will be sent out via Royal mail the same Day. 

​

Orders by post will need to be signed for otherwise royal mail will leave the dreaded Red Card. Please feel free to request your delivery address to be a place of work if you know you will not be there.

Although we mail out using the 1st Class Delivery service Royal mail them selves do not guarantee next day delivery and ask us to allow a minimum of 72 hours for delivery to Happen.

If you have not recieved your parcel after 3 days feel free to contact us and we will track the order for you.

​

Royal mail will not authorise refunds until the package has been missing for 8 days.

​

For extra peace of mind we take a picture of all Parcels leaving us.

All orders over £30.00 are free of postage charges and orders under £30.00 will be charged a flat rate of £3.00
